“Dusty Fingers” to Reveal his Identity

“Dusty Fingers,” the man who’s been releasing vinyl and CD compilations of songs artists have sampled in their songs, is going to reveal himself, according to HipHopDX. The dude’s been catching the wrath of some people for a long time, while being praised by others. Like my man Trees at JTTS said, I really hope he doesn’t get eaten alive by the RIAA. I think though, they would have gotten him by now if they really cared.
More + Dr Dre apparently having some volumes in his collection inside.
The mystery man is a lifelong Bronx resident who regularly DJ’s. If it’s someone established, I have some suspicions on who it may be. What do you all think?
“I’m just havin’ fun, man. I can also deejay, and have an interesting approach on how I do it,” said the presently-anonymous creator who revealed that he’s been deejaying since 1973, Hip Hop’s celebrated birth year. “If I was playin’ at a party or something like that, I’d throw this [mix] on.” He added to HipHopDX late Monday night, “[I want people to know] that I’m not just some guy who collects records. I’m also a deejay, a lot of people don’t know it.”

And Trees found this, which is kinda cool. Dre is a fan? Looks like he doesn’t hold any grudges.
