The other day, it was announced that Nas and Junior Gong were going to be releasing an album together, and are on the bill together for this summer’s Rock the Bells tour, and here the two talk about it.
Nas also revealed today that he’ll be fielding a little contest to name his baby with Kelis.
“I’ve been thinking about kinda putting something online: ‘Choose his name,’ ” the Queens legend added with a smile. “You get a couple stacks for that. We take care of you for that. You win something real. But we’re thinking now.”

So I figured for the sake of just posting up more music here, I’d start sharing with you all the song that was stuck in my head all day. I’ll try and do it every day, because after all, I got a different song stuck in my head every day.
What better way to start off then with a classic. Nas- The World is Yours. And bump Sony BMG for not letting me put the video here. Next best thing is the song itself I guess.
When I heard Young Jeezy was droppin’ this album, I didn’t think it’d get this much hype. But after the “Put On” joint, and this new track with Nas, I get it. And like I said before, Jeezy’s got my support against all the people looking to dumb-assify us all.
Tavis has always given hip-hop a platform in his endeavors, and for that he’s got my respect. It’s worth watching (it wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t, right?).
