One of Common (Sense’s) first Demos

My boy B Nyce is always telling me to let people listen to stuff as I make it because he thinks tracing the development of an artist is one of the coolest things to witness. But how can anyone compare themselves to Common, I sure as hell can’t. B’s right though, it’s something I really enjoy witnessing with artists, producers, writers, whoever; and I didn’t even realize it.
You can REALLY do that with Common now, with the (re)surfacing of this demo of his from 1991. Apparently he sent this to The Source, which earned him his spot in the “Unsigned Hype” column. From what I understand, No I.D. handled the production on this.
